The following applies to customers and users located in the European Union.

Online form; phone confirmation within 24 business hours.

4. COD payment

Cash to courier on delivery. No prepayment.

5. Delivery

24-48 business hours unless otherwise stated. Free shipping unless noted.

6. Withdrawal

14 days (Directive 2011/83/EU); voluntarily extended to 30 days. Contact info@shopkindle.com.

7. Legal guarantee

24-month conformity guarantee (Directive (EU) 2019/771).

8. Law and jurisdiction

The following applies to the Hong Kong company and relationships governed by Hong Kong law.
