Name, phone, delivery address, and technical data (IP, browser, pages visited).
3. Purposes and legal bases
Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), legitimate interests for security and fraud prevention where applicable.

Order data: 10 years (tax law). Technical logs: up to 12 months.
5. Recipients
Couriers, IT processors (Art. 28 GDPR), competent authorities. Hosting primarily in the EU/EEA.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection — contact info@shopkindle.com or the EU representative. Lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Transfers to Hong Kong or other countries use appropriate safeguards (SCCs, adequacy) where required.

5. Retention and security
Data is kept as long as necessary and protected with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
